The Sydney Roosters play the Newcastle Knights in the 2026 grand final at Accor Stadium, Sydney Olympic Park, on Sunday 4 October. Kick-off is 7:30pm AEDT (6:30pm AEST in Queensland).

Who qualifies
The $100/kW upfront payment is an Agile Energy commercial offer, made under a long-term power purchase agreement with Agile Energy as the counterparty. It’s subject to qualification, credit approval, system eligibility, applicable certificate values and signing the PPA. Available to commercial and industrial sites only, not homes. Eligibility, final system size and the final amount are confirmed in writing before anything is signed.

Do I have to buy anything to enter?
No. Entry is free and you don't need to buy or book anything. The $300 off is there if you want solar or a battery, and it's fine if you don't.

What time does the Roosters grand final kick off?
7:30pm AEDT on Sunday 4 October 2026, which is 6:30pm AEST in Queensland. Daylight saving starts in NSW that morning, so check your clocks.
I own a business. Is there an offer for commercial solar?
Yes. Through SIPENERGY and Agile Energy, qualifying commercial and industrial sites can get solar with $0 upfront, buy the power at a competitive long-term rate, and receive an upfront payment from Agile of $100 per kW installed, which is $20,000 on a 200kW system. It sits inside a long-term power purchase agreement and is subject to qualification and credit approval.
I entered the Roosters solar giveaway in September. Can I enter this too?
Yes, it's a separate draw. Your $300 off from that giveaway still stands. It's one $300 discount per household, not two.

On Monday 12 October 2026. We email every entrant with the result and publish the winner's first name and suburb on this page.

Only if you ask for a solar or battery quote. If you do, one of our team calls to book a free site visit. There's no obligation, and any contract you sign has a cooling-off period.

- Promoter. The promoter is SIPENERGY Pty Ltd, ABN 41 641 001 032, New South Wales (“SIPENERGY”).
- Entry period. Entries can be made from the date this page is published until 11:59pm AEDT, Sunday 11 October 2026. Entries received after that time are not included in the draw.
- Who can enter.Open to residents of New South Wales and Queensland aged 18 or over. Employees of SIPENERGY and their immediate families can’t enter.
- How to enter. Complete the entry form on this page with your name, email, phone number and address. Entry is free and no purchase is needed. One entry per household. If a household enters more than once, only the first entry counts.
- The prize.One official 2026 Sydney Roosters jersey signed by members of the 2026 Sydney Roosters team, posted free to the winner at an address in NSW or QLD. The prize can’t be transferred, exchanged or redeemed for cash. If it becomes unavailable for reasons outside SIPENERGY’s control, SIPENERGY may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
- The draw. One winner is drawn at random from all valid entries on Monday 12 October 2026at SIPENERGY’s premises in New South Wales. The winner is contacted by phone and email within two business days, and their first name and suburb are published on this page.
- Unclaimed prize.If the winner can’t be contacted or doesn’t claim the prize within 14 days of the draw, a redraw is held at the same place, and the new winner is contacted the same way.
- $300 off for every entrant. Every eligible entrant receives $300off the installed price of one new residential solar or battery system from SIPENERGY, at a home the entrant owns in SIPENERGY’s install area in NSW or QLD. It must be redeemed by the entrant and is not transferable. The system must be purchased by 30 November 2026. It is shown on the quote and deducted at the time of sale, is limited to one per household, and can’t be combined with the September 2026 Roosters entrant discount or any other SIPENERGY offer. It has no cash value, and it is forfeited if the agreement is cancelled or the system isn’t installed and paid for. It is separate from, and doesn’t reduce, any federal or state rebate.
- Your information. Entry details are used to run the draw, to apply the $300 offer, and to contact you about a quote if you ask for one. SIPENERGY sends marketing only if you agree to it, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
- The club and the NRL. SIPENERGY is the Official Solar Partner of the Sydney Roosters. This draw is run by SIPENERGY. It is not run, sponsored or endorsed by the Sydney Roosters or the NRL, and neither has any responsibility for it. The club gives no energy advice and is not a party to any agreement between you and SIPENERGY.
- General.SIPENERGY’s decision on all matters relating to the draw is final. These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales.
